PIXAR & WALT DISNEY ANIMATION ARTIST TOURS
In support of upcoming animated releases from both the Pixar and Walt Disney Animation studios, I coordinated three different events on the UCLA campus for films THE GOOD DINOSAUR, ZOOTOPIA, and MOANA.
Target Demographic: identifying target market for these releases. Where one event was geared specifically towards animation and film students, the others had a broader scope of students engaged and participating in the event
Venue: coordinated an intimate, beautiful venue in the heart of UCLA's campus in order to create a professional, polished feel to the presentation.
Outreach: reached over 10,000 students in marketing efforts
Publicity: coordinated interviews that appeared in print and online editions of the UCLA campus newspaper Daily Bruin as well as UCLA CEC's online blog for Matt Nolte, Chad Sellers, and Jared Bush
Logistics: handled overall execution of the event, from campus permitting to payment to student relations
